Why Light on Reiki Was Born
Light on Reiki began with a deep personal journey – a journey of healing, unlearning, and coming back home to the self. After years of searching for answers outside myself, I realized that so many systems I had trusted were built on power dynamics: experts telling me what was wrong, what I should do, who I should be. The more I listened to those voices, the further I drifted from my own.
Reiki brought me back.
Through my own practice, I discovered that healing doesn’t always come from doing more – but from letting go, resting, and trusting that our bodies and spirits know the way. I founded Light on Reiki to share that space with others – to offer a gentle reminder that you are already whole. already wise, already enough.

At Light on Reiki, we practice a non-dogmatic, accessible approach to Reiki. You don’t need to believe anything special. You don’t need to know how energy works. Reiki simply meets you where you are.

Instead of filling out an assessments or receiving diagnoses, our clients are invited to check in with themselves.
